To cancel future shipments of Nugenix in the Auto-Ship Program, you must call Nugenix on 1-855-714-3234 or email support@nugenix.com. You must cancel Nugenix at least 1 day prior to the date that your next monthly autoship is scheduled to be billed in order to not be billed and achieve cancellation.

You would cancel Nugenix because the product is not meeting your expectations and that you would like to stop receiving it. However, there are other reasons people may want to cancel an autoship contract: they didn’t know they were in one.
This is has been seen with a few companies in the supplement. Companies like Nugenix have been seen to come out with offers such as a free trial. However, in the small print of the free trial, there is a notice that says if you do not contact the company to tell them that you don’t want any more of it – they will start to bill the card that you paid for shipping with and begin to send you more and more product.
It changes very quickly from a free trial, to some of the more expensive supplement purchases you’ve made in your life. It’s not ideal, and something that you should be aware of with any free trial. They take your card details for a reason.

The problem with autoshipping with companies like Nugenix?
The problem with autoshipping companies like Nugenix, is that sometimes the customer is not aware that they have actively signed up for autoship and rebilling.
Most of the time, the customer sees an advert offering a free trial of the product, and signs up to receive some. However, to get the product, the customer has to pay for shipping – it’s there when the card details are saved.
After receiving the product – the customer (sometimes doesn’t know from the small print) has to tell the company that they don’t want more product after the free trial is over. However, if they fail to do so, the supplement company will start to send out more and more product to them at the customer’s expense – billing the card that is already on file.
